MARIELLA AGAPIOU is a queer London-based yoga teacher trained in hot, hatha, vinyasa, and pranayama [yogic breathwork].
before yoga, MAL spent 15+ years in fashion and culture, working across journalism, consulting, and decoding behavioural shifts for global agencies. that path eventually drew her toward women’s health, researching and reporting on hormones, the nervous system, and the politics of care.
as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent who never felt in her body, yoga provided a somatic space to heal. her personal practice spans almost two decades, evolving through inconsistency, bikram and dynamic vinyasa into something softer and more embodied. something meditative in motion.
MAL’s classes centre the breath-brain-body-connection. they’re queer and trans-inclusive by design, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed — built for anyone looking to reconnect with their authentic selves through breath-led movement.
