MARIELLA’s career began in brooklyn, launched in london and cemented itself in dubai; starting out in marketing and journalism before utilising her strategic storytelling skills for brands in-house.
with both a creative and analytical mind, MARIELLA is able to execute all kinds of projects. and as a third-culture kid – a cypriot girl born and raised in south london – she has a global sensibility that allows her to think differently to her peers.
MARIELLA’s experience is wide: she has written, researched, edited and produced content that covers everything from fashion to feminism, beauty to business, women to weed, travel to tech. she has also acted as marketing lead for clients, working on everything from ideation to creation. on any given day you might find her working on TOV, social or editorial strategy, insights and research, writing and editing, or even art direction and brand identity.
